The Method

Balance Pro is a Pilates based approach to exercise encompassing all the knowledge and techniques I have learnt along the way in my varied professional sporting career.
Currently operating out of a small studio at my home in Hurley offering 1:1 sessions.  
The sessions are based around the reformer, bench, tower, wunda chair and MOTR and maintains Pilates fundamentals, however with all my knowledge from other spheres, I adapt exercises and make the exercise even more applicable to individuals to get maximum benefit.

Balance Pro Method

This is for regular sessions, as many times a week you desire. 1:1 55min sessions, at the private studio in Hurley or at a location to suit you if desired. Please note not all kit is transportable, however a comprehensive selection of kit is available for all levels and abilities at your chosen location.

All sessions are based on the fundamentals of Pilates encompassing all the skills and tips and methods in my repertoire.

Balance Pro Exercise Therapy

These sessions are 25 minutes long and run for a minimum of six weeks. An initial comprehensive assessment is completed where I will analyse your injury and/or dysfunction. Often injuries, unless from direct trauma come from a dysfunctional movement pattern which needs to be corrected otherwise the injury will continue recurring. Each week we will go through exercises and I will create a home program to complete in between sessions. At the end of six weeks we will assess how things are going and either switch you to the normal Balance Pro Method, continue exercise therapy, or return you to your normal sporting routine or an agreed combination. Again, we will decide what works best for you. For your peace of mind our therapy exercise prescription is supported and guided by Drummond Physiotherapy.
